Beta programme

Beta terms

These terms apply to every beta package offered at 3fts.ai/beta/. Downloading, installing or using one means you accept them.

Last updated 2026-10-06. They are written to be read: there are twelve short sections and no clause that hides a commitment the studio cannot keep.

What a beta is, and who may use it

Acceptance
By opening, downloading, installing or using any package at /beta/, you accept these terms and the terms of the product page it belongs to. If you do not accept them, do not use the package.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old. These are work tools, not products for children, and one of them handles legal and financial material.
What a beta is
Unfinished software, offered so that it can be tested against real use. It may change, break, lose data, or be withdrawn at any time and without notice. It has had less testing than a released product, and some parts described on its page are deliberately not built yet.
What it is not
Not production software, not a service with a support commitment or an uptime promise, and not a basis for a decision you cannot reverse. Do not put the only copy of anything important into a beta.

The limit of each package, stated once

Each product page carries its own honest status. These are the limits that matter enough to repeat here, because using one of these for the wrong job is the failure mode.

  • Pawsight (pet triage) is not veterinary advice and is not a diagnosis. If you believe an animal is in danger, contact a veterinarian and treat any output as irrelevant.
  • Frontier Terminal is not investment advice. It ranks what four public sources said against each other and shows its working. It places no orders, and a score is not a recommendation.
  • PreLawyer is not legal advice. It estimates how a case reads on paper and warns about a limitation window. It is not a lawyer, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
  • LegacyVault cannot recover a vault by itself. Release depends on pieces held separately, including a printed shard you keep. Lose that and no amount of support recovers the contents.
  • PhishGuard shortens a window; it does not make SMS safe. An intercepted message is still intercepted. What the expiry and single use remove is the replay.
  • The in-browser demos run against local data. Where a product needs a backend, the demo runs the product’s own mock inside the page, so nothing you type reaches a server — and nothing you do there proves the backend works.

Money, your data, and acceptable use

No fee
Nothing in this programme is sold. No payment is requested, taken, or owed, and no beta package creates a subscription. If a page ever asks you for money for a beta, it is not from this studio.
Your data
The in-browser betas keep everything in your browser. The hosted beta stores only what its scheduled runs fetched from public sources: filings, insider transactions, market bars and the scores computed from them. It has no accounts and holds nothing you type. The downloadable packages run on your machine and send nothing on their own beyond the model or update calls their pages describe.
Acceptable use
Use these packages lawfully and as their pages describe. Do not use them to harass anyone, to attack the hosts they run on, to scrape a site in breach of its terms, or to present their output as advice from a qualified professional. Do not redistribute a package as though it were a released product.
Feedback
If you send a report, a screenshot or a suggestion, the studio may use it to improve the product without obligation or payment, and will not publish it with your name unless you say it may.

9–12

Warranty, liability, changes, contact

No warranty
Every package is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. That is not a formality here: these are explicitly unfinished builds.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, a beta package — including lost data, lost profit, or a decision taken on its output. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may change as the programme changes. The date at the top moves when they do, and continuing to use a package after that date means accepting the new version.
Contact
One form reads everything: Open the feedback form. A question about these terms, a bug report and a request to stop using your feedback all go to the same place.

Eleven packages are listed on the beta page, grouped by what a tester can actually do with each one today.
