Feedback
Tell the studio what you think
One form for every product in the beta programme. Say what it is about, write what you actually think, and leave an address only if you want an answer.
No account is created and nothing is tracked. A message without an address is read like any other; it just cannot be answered.
The form
What is this about, and what happened?
Plainly
What happens to what you send
Where it goes, and what is done with your address
- The message is stored so it is not lost, then a copy is sent for delivery. The endpoint reports one of three outcomes with the receipt — a copy left, a copy was attempted and did not leave, or no delivery is configured yet — and the page repeats the outcome it was given and nothing more. It does not guess why a send failed.
- An address you leave is used to answer you, and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, not used to build a profile, and no account is created with it. Leaving it empty sends the message just the same.
- You can ask for it to be deleted. Tick “Data question or deletion” above, or send a second message quoting the reference the page shows you after a successful send. Deletion is done by hand by the operator on the stored row — there is no automatic delete route — and when it is done the message and any address are removed with it.
- What the form records about the submission is the topics you ticked, your message, the optional address, the page you were reading, and this form’s own name. That is the whole body. There is no analytics tag, no tracking pixel and no third party anywhere on this page.
- It never claims more than the endpoint reported. A receipt is shown with a reference only after the endpoint answers 200; a rejection, a rate limit or a storage failure each get their own sentence, and none of them says “received”.

What the form sends
- Endpoint
- A same-origin
POST /api/feedbackwith a JSON body. Nothing else is called, and no other origin is contacted. - Topics
- Every ticked checkbox, by slug — the product slugs and the general topics both travel in one array.
- Page
- The page you were reading when you clicked through, taken from the link’s
fromparameter, then the browser referrer, then this page’s own path. - Reply
- Sent only if you typed one. An empty reply field sends no address at all.
- Rate limit
- The endpoint caps submissions per connection; when that cap is hit the page says it was rate limited rather than pretending the message went through.
